The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff members were friendly and willing to assist, even though there were some communication challenges. The breakfast menu from the hotel restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. I appreciated the affordable transportation options available, such as the white songthaew, which allowed me to easily get around the city.
There were a couple of downsides to my stay. I experienced difficulty connecting to the hotel's wifi, which was frustrating.

The hotel had a Christmas tree and decorations which created a festive atmosphere. There was also a special Christmas dinner with traditional Thai food and a selection of desserts, as well as a variety of warm beverages. the hotel was conveniently located near a railway which made commuting much easier and efficient.
The breakfast choices were limited and lacked variety. The location was not near any major tourist attractions, making it difficult to experience the full extent of Pattaya’s offerings.
